Best known for their trench coats, Burberry has propelled outerwear to a whole new level. The fall 2010 collection is dominated by coats, pencil skirts, boots and draping. Giant collars and military-inspired looks are paired well with the slim-fitting skirts and leggings. Wine, olive, mustard, mahogany, black, and navy hues are plentiful. The looks in this collection are one of the most impressive to date.

Rosario Dawson knows a thing or two about fashion. She is always put together. I can’t recall a time when I’ve ever seen her as a fashion don’t. She dresses for her body, and while she enjoys wearing color black seems to be her signature, and might even rock a trend or two. When it comes to adding accessories to her wardrobe, she doesn’t scrimp. She’s known to carry a statement bag and even adds a little bling with jewels. Rosario knows how to mix subtly with glamor and we like that.
Mysterious and intriguing, the Pisces woman is all about glamor. She likes subtly in fashion but don’t confuse it with her fading into the background. She will promptly show up anyone who tries to upstage her. She’s one of those women who enjoys catering to the scene. She’ll get in where she fits in.
Juelz Santana celebrated his birthday (he turned 28 on February 18th) with a party at M2 Ultra Lounge in NYC. Guests in attendance included Ashanti, Snoop Dogg, Lil Kim,Daz Dilinger and Fabolous.
Coats, jackets and long skirts were the center of attention for Aquascutum. The latest fall collection is combining daytime chic with evening glamor, complete with adornment and detail. It’s almost as if the models were dressed for an formal ball at a ski-lodge, complete with puff jackets and toe-dusting gowns. But it’s cool though! I’m digging this collection, simply because the garments were flawless and the models carried them off with no problem. Sometimes the simplest and most amazingly usual looks are the best. This is one of those times.
Weird. Eccentric. Chic and glamorous could describe Vivienne Westwood’s latest collection. Her Red Label ready-to-wear is jam-packed with prints, intriguing colors, draping, and things that make you go hmmmmm…Not that that’s a bad thing, Miss Westwood has never been one to bore you on the runway. As for the fall 2010 collection, it isn’t necessarily a must-have but it’s not a schmoozer either.
