A look that always works.

Coats and jacket paired with jeans are the look of the season for casual days and nights. Like Halle Berry who always knows how to turn a head or two, you can be simple and still be stylish. Whether its an overcoat or a sexy motorcycle jacket, throw on your favorite pair of jeans (dark is in) and hit the streets! (more…)

Rihanna never ceases to amaze her public. The pop star changes her look more than some people change clothes.

This week Rihanna channeled Side Show Bob for her latest do. The striking crimson do is more than attention getting, but that’s what she shoots for and you can’t be mad at her.

Rihanna’s hairstylist Ursula Stephen keeps her most revered client on the front burner of hair fashion. We wonder what she’s going to do next.

Despite some of the negative opinions of her hairstyle, I kinda like it…

Monica is married now…

Mr. & Mrs. Shannon Brown

Monica Denise Arnold became Mrs. Shannon Brown on November 22, 2010 in Los Angeles.

Speculators and haters have been bashing the union, questioning maternity, and making bets that Monica tried to beat gal pal Keyshia Cole to the altar. Well whatever the reason is for her quick nuptials, is it really anyone’s business?

Let’s give this girl a break. She had a series of bad seeds including her children’s father (loathe the title “baby daddy”), that arrogant No Limit-Now-Doing-Lifer C-Murder, and not to mention the ex who committed suicide in front of her. Sometimes you have to go through the jungle to get to the sea, but clearly Mr. Brown, who by the way can’t seem to stop smiling when she’s around, is clearly the one for her.

Shannon comes from a good family, was raised by two loving parents, and clearly knows how to treat his woman. He is not frowning or grabbing her ass in pictures, not walking two steps ahead of her, and not letting anyone disrespect her. He takes up for his woman, and that’s the kind of man you want.

Let’s not be bitter women and hate on this legal black love. Monica can really call herself a basketball “wife”…unlike some other folk. Now some of you need to find your own love, and stop reading self-help books written by dogs like Steve Harvey (who never had no women to begin with until he got famous). Yeah, I said it. Now runteldat to the Strawberry Letter.

Old Navy will stay aligned with their standard palette of bright hues and refreshing patterns. You’ll find grays, blues, aqua, khaki, and a the standard melon and citrus hues. Fall shoes get a little kick to them.

There’s nothing like a pretty shoe. Shoes turn heads. Even the least fabulous outfits can get a dose of style with the right pair of shoes. When stepping out style, remember to buy the best shoes you can afford. Cheap shoes always ruin an outfit.
